Thank you for choosing Nurture Soulz Joyful Gifts. Every gift basket we create is hand-curated and wrapped with care — and we want it to arrive at your door (or your recipient's) just as beautifully as it left ours.


Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.

Order Processing Time Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed, assembled, and prepared for shipment. Our gift baskets are hand-curated and thoughtfully packaged, so we take the time to make sure every detail is just right before it goes out the door.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Pacific Northwest / West Coast: 2–4 business days
  • Midwest & South: 4–6 business days
  • East Coast: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders $75 and over
  • Orders under $75 are charged standard carrier rates, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address

Local Delivery We offer local delivery to select areas in and around Edgewood, WA (including Kent, Tacoma, and surrounding communities). Local delivery options and availability will be shown at checkout. If you have questions about whether your address qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.

Local Pickup Prefer to pick up your order? We offer local pickup by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

How Your Gift Basket Is Packaged Every Nurture Soulz gift basket is hand-assembled and wrapped with premium materials to ensure it arrives looking stunning. We take great care in securing all items within the basket to minimize movement during transit. Gift baskets are then placed in sturdy outer packaging to protect them on their journey to you.

Lost or Damaged Packages We take every precaution to ensure your gift arrives safely. However, once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are unable to be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider.

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at nurturesoulzjoyfulgifts@gmail.com or (253) 421-1781. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
